Common Questions

Do I need a doctor's referral?
Not for private or NDIS clients. You don't need a GP referral: just send us an enquiry or complete our short referral form and we will take it from there. For My Aged Care, DVA or Medicare-funded care, a referral or approval is usually needed, and we will guide you through it.
Where do you visit?
We come to you: at home, school, childcare and in the community, all over Sydney. Many of our clients are in Liverpool, Revesby, the St George area and the Sutherland Shire. Not sure if we cover you? Just ask.
How quickly can we get started, and what happens at the first session?
We reply within 1 business day, then find a time and clinician that suit you. The first session is a relaxed conversation about your goals, plus an assessment where needed. We agree a plan together before we begin.
Are your clinicians qualified and safe to have in my home?
Yes. We are an NDIS registered provider, our clinicians are qualified, registered health professionals, we are fully insured, and every clinician holds a current Working With Children Check.
What funding do you accept?
NDIS (plan-managed, agency-managed and self-managed), My Aged Care, DVA (Gold and White Card) and private clients. Health fund rebates may apply depending on your cover. We can help you work out the best option.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the service and how it is funded. NDIS sessions follow NDIS pricing, and for private clients we confirm fees before your first visit, so there are no surprises. Call us on 0420 536 288 for a clear quote.
